Account settings

Manage Stripe, billing, printers, and platform-level options.

The Account and Account Settings pages collect everything that affects your business globally — Stripe onboarding, billing, printers, and platform options.

Account page

Open Account to see:

  • Account Status — Active, New, or Restricted.
  • Charges Enabled and Payouts Enabled indicators.
  • A link to Stripe Dashboard for deeper financial management.
  • Plan Details with current plan, billing cycle, cost, and usage. See Plans and billing.
  • Invoice History with paid and upcoming invoices.
  • Payment Method for your subscription, with a Manage Billing button.

If your account requires action — for example, Stripe needs more documentation — NectarPay shows "Visit your Stripe Onboarding to check for any incomplete requirements, or to keep track of your account review progress."

Account settings

Open Account → Settings for the configuration tabs:

General

  • Business name and Logo (used on receipts and the public payment pages).
  • Default currency and locale.
  • Default tax behavior for new products.

Printers

Connect and test your Epson receipt printers, view debug logs, and assign printers to terminals. See Receipt printers.

Inventory

  • Inventory Settings — global preferences for new products.
  • Toggle whether new products track inventory by default.
  • Configure default low-stock thresholds.

Switching and adding accounts

From the top-right menu:

  • Current Account — the account you're working in.
  • Other Accounts — switch to another account you belong to.
  • Add New Account — create a new business under your same login.

NectarPay reloads the app with the selected account context.
