For card-present payments processed on a Verifone V660P terminal, NectarPay can print a receipt directly on the reader after the payment succeeds - no external Epson printer required.
The Print Terminal Receipt action appears on the payment detail page when all of the following are true:
The payment status is Succeeded.
The payment was made with a physical card (card-present).
The terminal is a Verifone V660P.
If the action is unavailable, the payment detail shows the reason:
Reason | Meaning |
|---|---|
| The payment has not completed successfully. |
| The payment was not made with a physical card. |
| No charge record could be found for the payment. |
The printed receipt contains:
Business name and address (from your Stripe account profile)
Payment date, location, and terminal name
Payment ID
Line items with quantities and amounts (including any discounts)
Subtotal, tip, tax, and total paid
Refund details (if any refunds have been applied)
Card brand, last four digits, entry method, authorization code, and application info
Open the payment detail page for a succeeded card-present payment.
Choose Print Terminal Receipt.
Select the Verifone V660P terminal to print to.
NectarPay sends the receipt image to the reader. The reader prints it within a few seconds.
If printing fails (for example, the reader is offline or busy), an error message appears. Check that the terminal is powered on and connected, then try again.
If the original reader is offline or in use, choose Send to Reader from the payment detail page to redirect the request to a different terminal at the same location.
Tipping is configured per location. Customers add a tip on the reader before completing payment. See Locations.
If your account uses terminal forms, you can attach a form to a payment and ask the customer to fill it out on the reader before paying. Form submissions appear in the payment timeline.
When using a simulated terminal, the payment screen exposes a [DEV] Simulate Payment button so you can drive the payment to completion without a physical card. Choose Select Simulated Card To Pay to pick the card type.
