Note: Catalog, customers, payment links, payment kiosks, terminal forms, inventory, and reports require the Lite plan.
Manage your subscription
Open Account → Plan Details to see your current plan, billing cycle, cost, and usage.
- Upgrade — switch from Starter to Lite at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
- Add Terminals — increase the number of readers on your Lite plan. Each additional terminal is $15 per month, prorated to your billing cycle.
- Downgrade — return to Starter at the end of your current billing period. You keep Lite features until the period ends.
Payment method and invoices
- Payment Method — view the card on file and update it through the Manage Billing portal.
- Invoice History — see paid invoices and the upcoming invoice. Choose View all Invoices to open Stripe's hosted invoice history.
Application fees
- The Starter plan applies a 0.25% application fee on top of standard Stripe processing fees.
- The Lite plan removes the application fee.
