Plans and billing

Compare NectarPay plans and manage your subscription.

NectarPay offers two plans so you can match the platform to your business.

Compare plans

Starter

Pay-as-you-go pricing for small operations.

  • 1 user, 1 terminal
  • 0.25% application fee per transaction
  • Standard 1–2 day support response
  • Payments only

Lite

Unlocks the full NectarPay platform.

  • Unlimited users
  • No application fee
  • Priority support response
  • Payments, product catalog, payment links, customers, kiosk, reports, and more
  • $15 per reader, per month (1 reader free)

Note: Catalog, customers, payment links, payment kiosks, terminal forms, inventory, and reports require the Lite plan.

Manage your subscription

Open Account → Plan Details to see your current plan, billing cycle, cost, and usage.

  • Upgrade — switch from Starter to Lite at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
  • Add Terminals — increase the number of readers on your Lite plan. Each additional terminal is $15 per month, prorated to your billing cycle.
  • Downgrade — return to Starter at the end of your current billing period. You keep Lite features until the period ends.

Payment method and invoices

  • Payment Method — view the card on file and update it through the Manage Billing portal.
  • Invoice History — see paid invoices and the upcoming invoice. Choose View all Invoices to open Stripe's hosted invoice history.

Application fees

  • The Starter plan applies a 0.25% application fee on top of standard Stripe processing fees.
  • The Lite plan removes the application fee.
