Product tags

Product tags are flexible labels you can apply to products and product groups. Use them for filtering in the catalog, the kiosk, and reports.

Create a tag

1. Open Catalog → Product Tags.
2. Choose Create Product Tag.
3. Enter a Name and choose a color.
4. Save.

Apply tags to products

• When creating or editing a product, choose tags from the Select Tags dropdown. A product can have up to 10 tags.
• When editing a product group, apply group-level tags that affect kiosk category filtering.

Bulk-tag products

From the Catalog page, choose Import Tags to upload a CSV that maps SKUs to tag names. NectarPay applies the tags to the matching products.

Edit or remove a tag

From the tag's detail page:

• Update Product Tag — change the name or color.
• Remove Tag from individual products without deleting the tag.
• Delete the tag entirely. The tag is removed from every product.

Where tags appear

• Catalog list — filter products by one or more tags.
• Kiosk — group-level tags drive the Shop by category filter.
• Reports — segment purchases and returns by tag in the relevant reports.
