The Scanner lets you and your team add catalog items to a transaction by scanning a product QR code with the device's camera. Pair it with generated product QR codes to speed up checkout.
Note: The scanner is available on the Lite plan for users with access to scanner and catalog workflows.
If your browser blocks the camera, you'll see "Camera access is required". Update your browser's site settings and reload the page.
If a scanned product has multiple prices, NectarPay prompts you with "Select a price for {product}". You can also choose:
If the scanned product is out of stock, NectarPay shows Product out of stock and skips the addition. If the product no longer exists, you'll see Product not found.
From a product or product group detail page, choose Print QR Codes to generate a printable sheet of codes.
NectarPay confirms with "Product QR codes generated successfully" once the file is ready.
